BMKits.co.uk – Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our customer support at customercare@britishmobilekits.co.uk
1.2. After this period, all orders are considered confirmed and will be processed immediately, so cancellation will not be possible.
1.3. Digital products (downloads, digital kits, licenses) cannot be cancelled once the purchase is completed.

2. Returns

2.1. Physical products may be returned only if defective or damaged on arrival. BMKits does not accept returns for change of mind.
2.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing:

• Order number

• Description of the defect/damage

• Photographic evidence (if applicable)
  2.3. BMKits reserves the right to inspect the returned product before issuing any refund.
  2.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the defect is verified.
3.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of BMKits confirming the return.
3.3. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects or errors made by BMKits.
3.4. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. Customers are strongly encouraged to contact BMKits directly to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with their payment provider.
4.2. In any Stripe or payment dispute, BMKits reserves the right to provide evidence including:

• Order confirmation and timestamp

• Communication logs with the customer

• Proof of delivery or download confirmation

• Our clearly stated non-refundable and cancellation policy

5. Exceptions

5.1. Products damaged due to customer negligence, improper use, or third-party shipping issues will not be eligible for refunds.
5.2. BMKits reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase applies to your order.
